Using the ESF in the Automotive Sector • West Growth created an educational framework for employed and unemployed in technological sector, both the perspectives of business development and individual possibilities as driving forces. A comprehensive partnership assured asset management, leading to cost effectiveness and stability. 4470 participants in total. • Avanto focused on implementing methods and tools for strategic skills development through developing and strengthening the actors operating in the support structure interface and thereby support the analysis, identification and accessibility to the needs-driven competence development. 3500 participants in total.

Digitalisation and Innovation in the Health Sector • The ESF project ”HiCube – competent healthcare ”, focuses on inventory of needs and different skill development efforts by managers and staff groups in healthcare and welfare. • The ERDF project ”HiCube – need oriented health innovation arena ”, which is to develop sustainable collaborative structures where prioritised needs and possible innovations can meet and be tested.
