Notes: The Commission are keen to see an established path to innovation and increased opportunities for scale up Targeting the support of health and care service provider to procure the development, testing and implementation of digital services and communication concepts = ideal for cities and regions looking to procure Beware 2018 closure although entitled 2019 ! Horizon 2020 Health Calls for 2018-20 SC1-BHC-25-2019 Demonstration pilots for implementation of personalised medicine in healthcare Type of call Two Stage Innovation Action Deadlines: Stage 1 02 October 2018, Stage 2 16 April 2019 Budget: Between €18-20 million per project (overall budget €60 million) Notes for Ecosystems Interest for Ecosystems for Potential Pilot sites and Innovators Due to the budget and subject his is liable to be oversubscribed so close early collaboration is essential.

Demonstration of the viability and feasibility of PM approaches in real-life settings and at a large scale, exemplifying potential for savings in overall healthcare costs. 3. Widening of PM approaches to include diseases other than cancer and rare diseases. 4. Linking of different actors for healthcare, economy, lifestyle, healthy living and regulation, making use of the multitude of data available.
