The main goal of this year was creation of the protected areas in the central part of Ukraine. It helps to organize a unique environment to provide qualitative development of crops production and beekeeping. 2017 – Food safety management system is certified according to FSSC 22000 scheme by Alcumus ISOQAR, UKAS management system. 2018 – New products R&D

Bee’s origin and health, materials which hives are made from, apiaries location are the main factors ➔ of the honey’s quality. Our own apiaries Our apiaries are located in the natural environment. It determines the quality of honey and its composition Beehives. We use eco-friendly materials for beehives. Honey. Mobile apiary provide an opportunity to diversify the produced honey. Nature. Respect for nature – we do not create the factor of «exploitation» of the same area.
Production capacity B`JOLA main production facilities are located in the Lviv region (Western Ukraine), in the little town Ivano-Frankove: There are no active or polluting industry ➔ objects nearby. Facilities have also logistics benefit as ➔ they are located less then 50 km from the EU border. Production capacity ➔ 60 tons – the enterprise production capacity per day. ➔ 1000 tons – storage capacity
Product safety ➔ Both produced by ourselves and purchased honey is analyzed at independent certified laboratories in Ukraine and Germany. ➔ All our products fit to the European Council honey regulations (Directive 2001/110/EC). In laboratories we check 8 physical-chemical parameters and 6 types of antibiotic. ➔ Antibiotics Physical-chemical parameters Chloramphenicol – <0,3 ppb n.n Humidity: not more than 18.0 Nitrofuran – <0,5 ppb n. n. Diastase: not less than 10,0 (Schade) Tetracycline – <10 ppb n.n HMF: not more than 10.0 Sulfonamide – <10 ppb n.n. Sucrose: a maximum of 5% Streptomycin – <10 ppb n.n. Sucrase: min. 9 Nitroimidazoles – <0,5 ppb n.n. Proline: min. 200 mg/kg Glycerine: max. 200 mg/kg C13: -23.5 or more negatively.
