Peoplesoft Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) replaces both current applications- HIREworks and PeopleAdmin • Beginning 8/19 all UITS hiring managers will submit new hiring requests in TAM. • Any positions entered into HIREworks prior to 8/19 will need to be completed through HIREworks + PeopleAdmin. If you have any trouble with it accepting your Position No, be sure you have the correct campus in the Business Unit.

Indicate Internal or External- *Remove External Line to be University- Internal. *Will need to add Posting Destination of Internal-Hidden for UITS Internal Job Openings.
Items to Note for Job Opening Posting Dates • Post Date- Auto for date of entry, TA will modify date once through approval workflow. • No need to enter Remove Date or Number of Calendar Days Open • Preferred that job is kept open until filled. (Filled=Candidate in seat)
