Future and Opportunity ASEAN • UBIS export to Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and Myanmar. • The market size of the other ASEAN countries are still small, e.g. Laos, Brunai, etc. • AFTA, starting January 1, 2010 most import tariff are 0%. • One factory in Thailand serve the whole market in ASEAN .*
Future and Opportunity CHINA • FTA will lower import tariff in 2010 • Enhance our export versus local production • China 2010 expected economic growth 8 % (some say 9-10%) • World Expo, Asian Games • We expect the can making industry to grow 10-15 % .*
Future and Opportunity INDIA • Tinplate consumption 377,000 tons in 2009 which is about half of Thailand => room for more growth • In the past the can making industry grew at 5-6 % per year but expected to accelerate with fast growing economy • Some sector like beverage cans grow at 20-25 % a year • FTA still does not effectively work well .*

Future and Opportunity HENKEL • To continue growing in the existing market: Europe, Russia, Poland, Brazil, Mexico, Australia • Expansion to new market: U.S.A., South America, Middle East and the others • Expected sale for new sector--- Beer and Beverage cans, e.g. Coke, Pepsi and Beers, in significant volume from Q3, 2010 news
