Our Service Area AzDHSBureau of EM S & Trauma Systems regulates ambulance services through Certificate of Necessity (CON) system. • Over 9,000 sq miles (size of New Jersey) • 250,000 population – rural communities • 3 regions / 3 counties: Prescott (Yavapai), Wickenburg (Maricopa) & Williams (Coconino) • 25,000 calls annually • 4 base hospitals: Yavapai Regional Medical Center Flagstaff Medical Center Wickenburg Community Hospital Banner Del Webb Medical Center
