Los Angeles Intimate Theater Code • Availability of Plan • All 501(c)3 theatre companies operating in venues with 99 seats or less. • Maximum # of Performances For A Single Production • 24 performances maximum • 24+ performances -> moves to AEA’s New 99-seat Agreement (minimum wage) • Exception: Extend up to 40 performances for a single production each fiscal year

Los Angeles Intimate Theater Code • Actor’s Reimbursement • Production Budget below $25,000 -> $15 per performance actor stipend • Production Budget above $25,000 (lower than cap) -> $25 per performance actor stipend Calculation on how theatres calculate rehearsal reimbursement expenses should be discussed and a minimum amount determined. Responsibility of the theater to collect and log expense receipts.
