Onondaga Ski Club Bylaws A committee has been formed to review the OSC bylaws • Changes being proposed are: • Reducing the number of Directors • Eliminating one of the Vice President positions • Creating a Governance Committee to replace the current Nominating Committee • Any member who does not submit their dues within 90 days of their renewal date will incur a $5 initiation fee upon rejoining the club More details at the March General Meeting
