SHIBUYA • A major commercial and entertainment center for young and trendy people with many shops, restaurants, bars and fashionable shopping. • One of the fashion centers in Japan and a major nightlife area • Convenient connections to all of Tokyo via the loop line (JR Yamanote) and connections with several subway and train lines.
View from the School The School • Relatively new school: opened in 2013, and refurbished in 2015 • Located on the 27th floor of the Shibuya Cross Tower skyscraper • Students from almost 50 countries 27 th Floor • Suitable for all students 16+ • Underage students in a closed group setting with the tour leader • Small size school with homelike atmosphere

Location Shibuya Crossing • The school is located in the middle of Shibuya which is one of the biggest and busiest city in Japan. • Just 8 minuets walk from the famous EF Shibuya Crossing. • All the popular shops and restaurants Shibuya Station in Shibuya are walking distance. • 6 minuets from the Shibuya Station. • HIKARIE, a big department store, is on the way to the station. • 6min train ride to Shinjuku, 11min to Ikebukuro and 30min to Akihabara.

Accommodation/ Host Families • A Host Family Single room is the standard accommodation included in course fees • Breakfast and dinner on weekdays and all meals on weekends are included • Average commute time is 50 minutes • Japanese host families generally have traditional Japanese rooms with a futon as a bed. • Most HFs do not speak English, but are very kind, caring and patient

A Big Mac is 370 yen and a bowl of noodles around 700 yen. • Lunch box from convenience store is approx. 500yen
