TA27 Future action • Consider additional or non-environmental opportunities for the site (e.g. park facilities, trails etc) • Create a list of activities required prior to the City taking on site, and their estimated costs • Estimate time required to undertake maintenance and frequency of maintenance, therefore costs • Consider capacity for maintenance to be undertaken by the Environment Crew, or alternatively by contractors, and timeframe for when this could commence • Develop criteria and undertake prioritisation/selection of sites • Obtain approval Standing Committee (Environmental)- June meeting /Council • For approved sites, contact landholders to advise and seek advice on appropriate management arrangements.
