What is JCIA? � Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) is a process adopted by International health care organizations to improve patient safety and quality of health care.
• JCI is the No 1 Health Care Accrediting Organization, it is ISQua accredited and meets the highest international benchmarks for patient safety. • JCI’s survey process has been developed by international experts and sets uniform expectations for structure, process, and outcomes. • It’s process focuses on the delivery of quality and safety of care throughout the patient journey but in so doing, it encompasses an evaluation of the quality and safety processes of the entire organization.
