ESPD Facts Funds 151 fulltime positions • 127 certified – Patrol Deputies • 24 non-certified – Community Outreach – Criminal Records Specialists – Administrative Support
ESPD Facts Proposed renewal of current levy, at the current tax rate: • 68 cents / $1,000 AV (not market value) • Property taxes for the first year would cost about $192 for a home assessed at $282,200 (about $7.40 more than under the current levy) • In place for five years (2018-2023)
