  31. • Graduation tour of elementary schools • Senior Easter egg hunt • Reward day for 9 th graders • As much positive recognition as possible through local newspaper with students of the month, Good Dog Deed, etc

  32. • How can I possibly add more stuff my to day to day work?????? •Don’t do it alone…..form a climate and culture committee of teachers that have an interest in that area. You certainly do not want Negative Nelly on your committee.
