Stage 1 : Basic compliance will be conducted of the the following items Tender 59con1943 • Meet the eligibility criteria for a tenderer- refer to item 2.1 on page 4-5 of the invitation to tender document • Submitted two (2) hard copies; One original and one exact copy of the original tender to Eskom ; • Submission of the list of mandatory tender returnable documents; • Completed and signed declaration of authority form as attached with this tender / submit the signed resolution by the board confirming the duly authorised personnel to sign all documents in connection with this tender ; • CIDB registered / Proof of CIDB registration Electrical Engineering Works- Infrastructure (EP) level 6 or higher; • PART 2: PRICING DATA C2.2 the provisional bill of quantities as included in the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) is mandatory for evaluation and should be fully completed (quote on all items ) and be submitted with this tender • Failure to quote on all items/ provide pricing for all items will render a tender non- responsive will be disqualified from further evaluations. 2020/07/10 21
