" There’s nothing necessarily physical or expensive or even slow in the process of paradigm change. In a single individual it can happen in a millisecond. All it takes is a click in the mind, a falling of scales from eyes, a new way of seeing. Whole societies are another matter. Donella Meadows, Leverage Points: Places to Intervene in a System
Changing the mindset 1. Repeatedly point out the failures of the old paradigm 2. Weave the new paradigm into public discourse, loudly and confidently 3. Insert your people in places of visibility and power 4. Don't waste time with reactionaries 5. Work with active change agents and the vast middle ground of open-minded people. Adapted from Thomas Kuhn via Donella Meadows
