URBAN PARK PETRŽALKA Park offers extensive grassy areas which are ideal for jogging, cycling, gymnastics or just people-watching. Park has modern appearance in keeping with the residential area where it is located. It blends in perfectly with the site and its undulating landform has a lot of surprises. The project exemplifies how urban open space can be a key factor in civic regeneration and social sustainability. The park has create a sense of pride in petržalka residents, encouraging them to reinvest in their city and ensure a high quality of life for future residents.
TRAM STOP, SQUARE PETRŽALKA Tram stop serves as an entrance gate to the square surrounded by new residential buildings. The square offers an outdoor space for cultural and social activities for students and for the city population . Around the square are landscaped areas with benches and playgrounds which are the ideal place to take a stroll and enjoy your free time. There are also office buildings with jobs opportunities, and amenities along the boulevard.
RESIDENTAL AREA PETRŽALKA There are mix of different housing typologies – the courtyard apartment, the linear row housing and the high rise tower. These public spaces and gardens promote community interaction, physical activity and pedestrian access to everything that one needs within the complex.
URBAN PARK PETRŽALKA Complex includes water facilities and many bridges to improve pedestrian access. This area also involves cycling lanes and pavements for running.
