IRSDC + GSRTC + SMC = MMTH First of its kind attempted in India, bringing together three levels of UNIQUE government: Central, State And Municipal Government Purpose: Development of Multi Modal Transport Hub at the Surat Railway Station: Bus Terminal, Train, Regional Buses, Metro, Auto, PURPOSE BRT, CBS etc. Station redevelopment, funded by commercial development on leasehold rights for the lease period of 45/90 years on the vacant IRSDC JVC railway land and air space. Central Bus Terminal (GSRTC) funded by commercial development on leasehold rights for the lease period of 45/90 years on the vacant GSRT C GSRTC land and air space. Provides utility infrastructure support and policy/land support. SMC To lie vested in the promoters. Only developmental rights transferred OWNE RSHIP to JVC. 5
