Strategic Study of Oxfordshire rail markets Recommended Oxfordshire rail strategy detailing growth benefits of interventions and setting out proposed investment strategy 2. Indicative Train Service Specification assembled that delivers Conditional Outputs 6. Analysis undertaken to highlight interventions required to deliver ITSS 7. Benefits case for interventions based on the Conditional Outputs unlocked by each intervention 8.
