NARRATIVE OF PROCESS The Board of Directors and Staff of Friedel Jewish Academy strongly believe that we partner with all of Jewish Omaha for the benefit of our community. Our Strategic Planning Committee conducted meetings as the first step in this planning process, asking a wide cross-section of Jewish Omaha about their expectations for a dynamic education. Based on what we heard, we prepared this five-year plan to highlight everything that Friedel does and everything that Friedel can do for our children and for our community. This plan sets out both our educational and administrative goals, highlighting a clear sense of intentionality in everything we do and the guiding principles that serve as our foundation. We are proud to share this plan and we are confident that you will see your own goals reflected in it.
