  4. Steps in data collection Step 1: Title VI grantees submit annual reports to ACL that include information on nutrition, supportive, and caregiver support services as well as staffing information. Step 2: The reports are reviewed by ACL staff. Step 3: Tribal officials certify that the reports are accurate. Step 4: The reports are uploaded to AGID.
