SUMMARY OF PROPOSAL Enclosed please fi nd our response to the initial evaluation and interpretation of the exhibit concepts and objectives provided to us in reference to the “Flight One” Gallery Rennovation. After complete review, our team has determined that a collaborative effort by several experienced individuals would ensure project success from development through installation. Our partners specialities and experience in their speci fi c fi elds allows us to apply expertise in each component as required. The design, development and fabrication of this exhibition encompasses many elements from structural components to multimedia interactives and static graphic interpretations. Attached is the assembly of these seasoned professionals as well as how we envision the program to be approached and managed. This team has been speci fi cally selected based upon their individual talents and strengths as well as our successes with them on previous projects.   4. SCOPE OF WORK Completion of concept development, design and fabrication of a series of exhibits proposed for an area covering approximately 2,300 sq ft. This process would include the following elements: • Graphic development and production • Multimedia development and production • Exhibit element prototyping and fabrication • Assembly and installation � Master Planned Exhibit Elements May Include: Full Scale Plane Evolution of Flight Kiosks Interactive Timelines Lighted Maps with Interactive Capabilities Wind Tunnel Feature Wall CockPit Replica Floor Treatment

  6. PROJECT APPROACH For budgetary and planning purposes the following categories are de fi ned as we have allocated portions of the budget direct to them: • Design/Concept Development consisting of the following: Evaluation of initial provided concept plans, complete development of each concept/exhibit for content, structure and graphics as well as production of detailed CAD construction drawings and plans for each exhibit element as well as ancillary scenics with layers for dimensionality, structural details, fi nishes, lighting, electrical, connectivity conduits, signage dimensions, and any specialty items. • Project coordination and management consisting of the following: Conduct weekly meetings, and others as needed, to develop detailed designs, provide input, and to review drawings or fabrication progress. Either collectively or individually, attend meetings with subcontractors as often as required to communicate intentions, provide input, review progress, and approve milestones. Monitor and review progress of any or all sub contractors as necessary for completion of exhibit components. Coordinate with facility contractor on fabrication and scheduling. Maintaining fi nancial parameters as established within budgetary scope. • Multimedia development and production consisting of the following: Content research and editing, script writing, story boarding, hardware recommendations, programming and program implementation and testing. • Graphic Design & Production consisting of the following: Image research and procurement, content research and writing, fi nal text, development and design of print ready fi les. • Exhibit Prototyping & Fabrication consisting of the following: Design engineering, prototyping and modeling as necessary of exhibits, establishment of structural elements to maintain design continuity and complete fabrication of all display components from structures to multimedia hardware. • Delivery & Installation consisting of the following: Facility evaluation, loading/unloading of exhibit properties, freight traf fi cking, exhibit installation planning and scheduling, supervision and labor for structural installation, graphic and program installation and on site testing.
