PROJECT CHALLENGES ➤ Subsoil Excavation • Hold a pre-activity meeting to establish contractor’s survey methods • Material will be investigated to ensure no contamination is encountered • Check Contractor’s payments  Station & offsets cross sections with truck measured calculations • When water main and force main are exposed:  Notify utilities in advance of operations  Ensure proper equipment is on site to support utilities if needed
