What we demand Political demands (in Germany) � Enhance concepts of employee, employee-like person, homeworkers � Minumum fees � Right to organise in trade unions (<->cartel legislation) � Social Insurance (obligatory contribution to pension fund, lower minimum fees medical insurance ..) � Right for trade unions to contact workers / access to platforms � Transparency and portability of reputation (systems) � If a company uses Crowdsourcing it has to be seen as a „change of business“ ( Betriebsänderung , §111 BetrVG)
