What is VCGB?  The Ventura County Green Business (VCGB) Program is a free certification program that assists small- to medium-sized businesses by implementing The VCGB is implemented through the sustainable and cost-saving Ventura County Regional Energy Alliance practices. It is part of the (VCREA), a Joint Powers Agency (JP A) California Green Business composed of public agencies working Network (CAGBN) and together to address good energy stewardship administered by the Ventura and enhance the area we live in.
