Understanding GPA TYPES OF GPA CALCULATIONS • Weighted – includes 7 points added for Honors, AP, and DE courses in Fulton County • Unweighted – removes 7 points added for Honors, AP, and DE courses in Fulton County • Core – only grades for English, Math, Science, Social Studies, & World Language (sometimes additional AP courses will be considered) • Cumulative – all classes listed on your high school transcript, including middle school credits **DO NOT** recalculate your GPA. When applying to schools, scholarships, or other organizations - report the actual weighted numeric GPA listed on the top left of your transcript. Every school calculates GPA differently. Student Parking Parking permits for SENIORS will be distributed on September 22 nd , 23 rd , and 24 th at the BUS CANOPY between 11:00AM – 1:00PM, as well as afterschool between 3:00PM – 4:00PM Students should drive the vehicle registered so that the parking decal may be applied immediately The student parking fee is $75 and can be paid on the website using Online School Payments (OSP) Payment should **NOT** be made unless the student receives an email confirming that their application and paperwork has been received Seniors will need to bring their (1) driver’s license , (2) insurance card, (3) signed rules page, (4) 2020-2021 student parking agreement, and their (5) online payment receipt **Parking questions should be directed to Ms. Dianne Ellison at ellisonD2@fultonschools.org** Integrity | Service | Excellence 2020 - 2021
