District Emergency/Security Codes CODE RED: Full Lockdown No movement in the building other than by Police/Fire Personnel and persons designated by them. CODE YELLOW: Lockdown No movement in the building other than by the CRT members and others specifically authorized to move in the building. CODE ORANGE: Evacuation All persons leave the building according to established routes, or to specific instructions provided by Command Post Coordinators. Turn off all fans, lights, etc. CODE BLACK: Bomb Threat Turn off all walkie-talkies, cell phones, pagers and radios immediately. Leave all lights, fans, etc, as they are, on or off. Use of the PA, bells and tones will be discontinued. CODE BLUE: Including but not limited to asthma attack, broken bone(s), choking, fainting, a seizure, severe chest pain, or a severe laceration. 12/2/2014
