  4. Phase Phase Action Results 1 2 & 3  1. Provide leadership training McREL Balanced Leadership Training began summer 2015 and continues through the summer of 2016  2. Develop Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) leadership development for campus admin Mentor/Mentee Principals Meetings began in September and are scheduled once per month through May  3. Provide professional learning on teacher retention Administrative Leadership Trainings have been communicated through Message of the Week and CAM meetings  4. Identify leadership inventory survey Strengths Finder implemented through AP Academy during Spring 2015  5. Provide training on a coaching model Instructional Coaches attended Jim Knight Training, What Coaches Do, on August 5 2015  6. Provide training on the Visioning Document District leaders and administrators attended the Visioning Conference in Allen on July 21st and 22nd  Provide refresher training on the district’s strategic plan 7. Dr. Stone gave a district update on the district priority goals  8. Enhance training on effective development and implementation of Teacher Growth Plans Administrative Trainings facilitated through CAM and HR meetings  9.   9. 2015 – 2016 Program Participation: Teachers included in the 244 RPM Program Total number of teachers 23 resigned who were part of the RPM program Note 1 : 87 total teachers resigned in 2014 – 2015 who were part of RPM Note 2 : 531 teachers hired this school year as of May 4, 2016 Note 3 : 146 total teachers have resigned between August 11 th – May 4 th Richardson ISD | Where all students learn, grow and succeed
