Redistricting Proposal ● Old Hundred Elementary would open at approximately 73 percent capacity, allowing for future growth. ○ Watkins, Swift Creek, and Evergreen students would be transitioned to Old Hundred. ● Additional changes to nearby school attendance zones would be made to balance enrollments and improve operational efficiency. 2

Total Impact ● 8,826 students currently attending 11 elementary schools where boundaries are proposed to change (Bon Air, Evergreen, and Greenfield do not receive additional students) ● 1,085 students would change elementary schools. ● 349 students change schools when the boundary creation for Old Hundred is not considered. ● About 4 percent of the student population is impacted by boundary adjustments not related to new school. 14
