  17. A Why is a bond needed? 1. Safety and Security Best practices have changed since ALL schools were built. 2. RHS Capacity & Conditions ● Half the kids at RHS are in portables. School was built for 450 students. There are currently 662 students at RHS. ● RHS is 30 years old. Staff are working hard to maintain it, yet conditions deteriorate as the school ages.
