Who is My Client? My client is Sarah Webster the landowner; • Sarah Webster grew up in Hutton Rudby, daughter of Daphne Webster, attended the village school in the 1950s • Great Great Granddaughter of George Young Blair (Industrialist, Philanthropist & builder of Drumrauch Hall, Hutton Rudby), • Great Granddaughter of Mary Blair – Mary Blair donated to the Village the land on which the Village Hall is built in c. 1927
