COMPANY PROFILE PT. Ranadityo Sukses Makmur (RSM) has been appointed by PT Bando Indonesia as An Authorized Agent since 2010 to sale and distribute Conveyor Belt “BANDO” . 3
COMPANY PROFILE BANDO comes from the name of technical staff Mr. Naosaburo Bando Since 1890 ’s he began to research and develop an original type of industrial belt. After 10 years of extensive research he succeed to design a new belt, the first time of its kind, and was patented as BANDO BELT. In 1906 the first factory was built in Kobe with the name Bando Chemical I ndustries Ltd and never stop to develop new technologies for power transmission, conveyor belts , and other rubber-based products. 4
COMPANY PROFILE In 1987 PT. BANDO I NDONESI A , established as a joint venture company between PT. Kembar Madya Utama and Bando Chemical Industries Ltd. The initial products of this company is V belt type for power transmission in automotive and industrial. Than in 1995 began to be produced and developed the new product, that is conveyor belt. Until now PT Bando Indonesia develop the products and applications continuously, especially based on rubber, such as rubber lining, rubber lagging, dock fenders, etc. 5
COMPANY PROFILE PT. Bando Indonesia factory is located in Tangerang - Banten on a 50.000 meter square land. Along with the expansion of the company, we currently have a production capacity of 1,500,000 pieces for power transmission belts and belt conveyor 30,000 meters per month. 6

CONVEYOR BELT General Use Cover Rubber JIS – L Used for general conveyor belts with low Grade - M abrasive materials and don’t need a high tension. Abrasion loss max 400 mm 3 . JIS-G Used for general conveyor belts with medium abrasive materials and medium tension. Abrasion loss max 250 mm 3 . JIS-S Used for general conveyor belts with high abrasive materials and high tension. Abrasion loss max 200 mm 3 . Grade M Used for general high tension conveyor belts, superior in abrasion resistance also in cut and gouge resistance. Excellent cold resistance down to - 50 o F . Abrasion loss max 120 mm 3 . 11
CONVEYOR BELT Special Use Cover Rubber UIP UIP Superior in impact resistance also cut and gouge resistance Suitable for conveying large size lumps, sharp and rugged materials. (Primary Crusher) SAR For general and high tension conveyor belts Superior in very high abrasion-resistance Abrasion loss max 90mm 3 . (Belt Feeder) CR For handling various kinds of chemicals or SAR materials mixed with chemical contents such as phosphate base fertilizer, etc. QB Special design for Quarry with low abrasive. This type called Green Carry. 12
CONVEYOR BELT Special Use Cover Rubber HC 510 SBR type standard Heat Resistant belt with HC510 excellent abrasion resistance. Max temperature of material handled is 150 o C and max temp of belt surface is 100 o C. Characteristics and performance like HC-510, but HC513 HC-513 have abrasion and crack resistance better than HC-510. HC 710 Special compound with Ethylene Propylene HC 710 Rubber (EPR), features excellent heat resistance and abrasion resistance. Max temperature of material handled is about 400 o C and max temperature of belt surface is 180 o C. 13
