programme aims The Peep Learning Together Programme is a family learning programme which aims to support parents to: • improve the Home Learning Environment (HLE) by valuing and extending everyday learning opportunities • develop secure attachment relationships with their babies and young children • gain formal recognition of their learning

Julie Jones - Lecturer, Inverness UHI ‘We have been running Peep in Inverness to give parents the opportunity to feel comfortable within the college environment and give them the opportunity to access further learning at college. HNC students support with the sessions so they can gain an understanding of how the sessions are run and gives them the opportunity to develop skills in working with families. I think having Peep as part of the HNC would be amazing or even if it could be an optional unit for them to do.’ 13
