Rotary Fountain Fountain needs significant plumbing and electrical repairs. Est. $950,000 The cost to convert it into a splash pad is nearly equal. Ideal time to repair given construction around south bank. The above-ground fountain will not change.
Recreational Ice Ribbon and SkyRide Ice ribbon pathway is completely poured. Shared SkyRide and Ribbon ticketing facility and concessions under construction. Fall 2017

Regional Playground Currently at 30% design Construction: 2019
Pavilion Garco/NAC/Berger team in design validation phase until mid-October. Focusing on illumination, shade/shelter, and elevation – all with an emphasis on connecting to the river. Added $2.5M to restore Master Plan budget of $24M. Next Open House: October 3 for revised preliminary concepts. Early demolition could begin this fall.

Lead Artist Public Art: Arts Committee recommended & Park Board approved Meejin Yoon as Lead Artist. Art Plan in development, initial draft will be shared at an Open House this fall.
