SENIOR STATUS? ▪ Freshman 0-4.5 ▪ Sophomore 5-10.5 ▪ Junior 11-16.5 ▪ Senior 17-24 To participate in ANY senior activity, you will need at least 16 of the required credits and a 1.9 unweighted GPA. To have less than 7 periods scheduled on campus: you need to be a DE student or meet ALL graduation requirements (17 credits, 2.0 GPA, and FSA/EOC testing) . If you do not have enough credits to be considered a senior, please speak with your counselor about Summer School, OCVS, or any other means to get yourself on track.

DUAL ENROLLMENT UF- Online UCF Valencia Junior or Senior in high school 3.0 weighted GPA Junior or Senior in high school 3.8 weighted GPA based on recalculation Make qualifying score on the PERT, 3.6 unweighted GPA of core classes only SAT, or ACT for college level classes, OR make qualifying scores One of the three following tests: One of the three following tests: on Alg 1 EOC and Reading FSA for intermediate classes. SAT- with a 1270 composite score – SAT- with a 1100 (EBRW + Math) composite score Application opens on February 26 th ACT – with a 26 composite score from the Valencia DE website. – ACT – with a 22 composite score Deadlines to apply: SUMMER TERM 2018: March 1 st for Summer – PSAT- with a 1130 Application Deadline: April 6th composite May 1 st for Fall November 1 st for Spring Test Scores Deadline: April 6th Application opens Feb., 1st *Minimum scores do not guarantee FALL TERM 2018: Deadline to apply May 11 th for admittance into program Fall Application Deadline: April 6th Test Scores Deadline: April 20th If you will be applying for a program for the first time…you will need to pick classes as if you will be attending WOHS next year. Counselors will adjust schedules as necessary once you have been accepted.

REGISTRATION DAY ● February 14 th - February 16 th through your social studies class in the media center ● You will sit in a row for your specific counselor and speak with them individually IMPORTANT: ● You will be signed up to take 7 periods if you are not meeting all graduation requirements. ● If you are on track for graduation, you can take a minimum of 4 courses depending on transportation and parent signature. ● It is recommended to take 5-6 academic classes senior year if applying to major universities. You must have a parent signature if you are on track and only going to take 4 courses for the year.
