Hand & Feet Lets modify the game S Objective: Players must move to receive the ball and T then back pedal to be ready to receive the next pass while maintain 2m distance E P Purpose: Players practice “attacking” the ball and R increase their foot speed
Strike/Kick & Move Lets modify the game S T Objective: Pass the ball on the move along the ground to a moving team mate E P Purpose: Improve your striking/kicking R while playing with your head up
Pass & Move Lets modify the game S Objective: Receive and distribute the ball at T pace E P Purpose: To develop endurance while R including match specific movements

Solo Activity Lets modify the game S T Objective: To perform the solo run right and left using two footballs E P Purpose: To improve the players ability to R perform the solo on both sides
Pass & Shoot Lets modify the game Objective: I keeper strikes the ball to player in the S middle who pass to teammate to shoot at either of T the other keepers 2 goals E Purpose: Develop shot blocking and footwork for P keeper and catching, passing 7 striking for outfield R players
Agility Strike Objective: On whistle 4 blue players and 4 red all move Lets modify the game (Blue through gates and Red around cones/poles). Reds S have to keep an eye on blue player when they come out T of gates and give a good pass. Swop after 3 goes. Make it E a game with first to receive pass is winner. P Purpose: To develop heads up play with movement, R awareness and anticipation
Triangle Passing Lets modify the game Objective: Everyone involved, moving all the time and S loads of touches. Players in the triangle pass to the T player in the middle and keep them active E Purpose: To develop aerobic fitness, passing ability, P accuracy, focus & speed R
Cross the Line Lets modify the game Objective: 2 Players set up like a tennis court S and can't cross middle line. 2 red players mustreceive T ball on the move and after 2 passes they can shoot. Score by the ball passing the end line. Everyone involved, E moving all the time and loads of touches. P Purpose: To develop support play, movement, fitness, R striking on the move and blocking skills

Work the Channel Lets modify the game S Objective: Practice long striking/kicking from the T outside and gaining control and delivery of ball from E the middle P Purpose: Maintain technique as the player in the middle fatiques R
T-Time Lets modify the game S Objective: Player 2 runs to the cone while player 1 breaks left or right and player 2 needs to deliver the T pass to the space E P Purpose: Working to get to the position in time to give the right pass R
Down the Middle Lets modify the game S Objective: The players on the outside pass the ball T to the red player who moves along the lines E Purpose: Timing the runs, quick hands/feet and P making the burst at the right time (adding pace when R required)
