Typical Covers – Hull & Liability Hull Cover: We will replace, repair or pay for repair of, accidental loss of or damage to the RPAS Third Party Liability During Flight we will cover accidental bodily injury (fatal or otherwise) and accidental property damage caused by the Remote Pilot or Observers involved directly in the operation of the RPAS. Defining an Aircraft and Strict Liability A remotely piloted aircraft used for commercial operations is defined as an aircraft. 1 Under the Damage by Aircraft Act: 2 The owner and operator of an aircraft are jointly and severally liable for bodily injury or property damage caused by an aircraft accident without proof of intention, negligence or other cause of action 1. Underwriting Information We require the following underwriting information: • RPAS • Make/Model & Serial Number • Insured Value • Pilots • RePL or certificate from QBE approved CASA trainer • RPAS Flying Experience • Claims History • Utilisation • A declaration of intended utilisation 12 12

Policy Conditions and Exclusions • Due Diligence The Insured shall at all times use due diligence and do and concur in doing everything reasonably practicable to avoid accidents and to avoid or diminish any loss hereon. • Comply with Statutory Requirements The Insured shall comply with all Statutory Requirements which affect the safety or maintenance or operation of the RPAS • Illegal Uses Whilst the RPAS is being used for any illegal purpose or for any purpose other than those stated in the Schedule. • Manufacturer Recommendations Whilst the RPAS is landing on or taking off or attempting to do so from a place which does not comply with the recommendations laid down by the manufacturer of the RPAS except as a result of force majeure. 14 14

RPAS Policy Wording - Highlights Road Transit Cover We will cover you up the limit specified on you Policy Schedule for loss or damage to the whilst in the normal course of transit by road, on a vehicle owned or operated by you Section 2:(B)(c) Privacy Liability This protects the insured for claims against an invasion of privacy that may be contained in an advertisement, broadcast or telecast. QBE will pay up to 10% of the Section 2:(B) limit up to a maximum $500,000. Cover for Electronic Data There an option to cover loss or damage to the electronic data or electronic media contained in the RPAS. • Agree 16
