Why does SAPN engage with customers? • Every 5 years we develop a business plan (Regulatory Proposal), which is submitted to the AER for approval • Currently developing Plan for 2020 – 2025: due to AER in January 2019 • We are currently running a state-wide engagement program to understand the views of our customers to inform 2020 – 2025 Plan • The AER will assess our Plan and make a determination on revenue SAPN is allowed to recover for period. 3
