What is a typical schedule? • 3 periods total at Reese, all other periods taken at home campus • AM and PM Rotations/Cohorts • AM = 1 st , 2 nd , 3 rd period • PM = 5 th , 6 th , 7 th period • 45 minute periods
What does the online learning schedule look like?
How will attendance be taken? • Attendance will be taken each period during Synchronous instruction & entered into Skyward by the teacher • 90% attendance policy in effect

Are there any specific requirements at Reese? • Uniform dress • Additional program hours
When will I get my uniforms? Cosmetology • Once kits are delivered, we will arrange for curbside kit pick-up. • Uniforms will be distributed when face-to-face class begins. All other programs • Uniforms will be distributed when face-to-face class begins.

How will grading work online? • Same number of grades/nine weeks Type & Weight of Grades • Major Grades = 50% of student’s grading period average • Daily Grades = 50% of student’s grading period average Number of Grades each Grading Period • Major Grades = 3 minimum • Daily Grades = 9 minimum
Late Work Policy Major Grades • 1 day late = 20 points deducted • 2 days late = 40 points deducted • 3 days late = 0 assigned Daily Grades: • 1 day late = 20 points deducted • 2 days late = 0 assigned
Transportation • Drop-off/Pick-up • Shuttle Bus • Student Drivers Parking Permits 1. Fill out and submit an electronic Vehicle Registration Application. 2. Additional items to email to hasita.kartick@fortbendisd.com: • copy of current Driver License • current vehicle insurance • completed and signed Hold Harmless form
