PRC-012-2 Transition – Retirements!  WECC Criteria PRC-012-WECC-CRT-1.2 is scheduled for retirement on January 1, 2021.  PRC-004-WECC-2 standard has been reviewed and approved through FERC to be retired on January 1, 2021. • Protection System misoperation reporting reverts to the present MIDAS process. • RAS misoperation is covered by PRC-012-2, R5 (report to the RC). 8
