PHASE 1: PRE-ECQ
For Our People: • Risk and Disaster Management Committee activation (2nd week of February) • N-Cov 2019 Information Awareness Drive, twice a week • Thermal Scanning and Alcohol provisions/control (3rd week of February) • Appointed a Risk Officer for Research about N-Cov 2019 • Connected with the Risk Board of the Aboitiz Group
• Provided alcohol and Vitamin C to all (1 st week of March) • Prohibited all incoming online shopping delivery • Activated BCP Com and started planning for the possible Pandemic: WFH: Internet Connectivity, Internal Systems and Security, Daily Huddles and Productivity Reports • 50% WFH Set-up (2 nd week of March), no field work for branches (with weekly productivity report) • Sent everyone to their home provinces; company assisted • Assisted and provided for those without internet connections
PHASE 2: ECQ
For Our People: • 100% WFH set-up (3 rd week of March), limited branch operations • Stopped branch Operations (4th week of March) • Mandatory leave for all during the Holy Week for Spiritual and Mental Health break • Activated the ”call - tree” enterprise wide, all coms centralized to HC from TLs; daily health monitoring • Opened HR Hotline for all Employee related concerns 24/7: Medical/Health, Safety, Mental health and other concerns • RAFI Prayer Warriors with weekly online prayer meeting
• Regular Internal Communication to all Employees: assurance of continuous pay while under ECQ. Including our agency personnel • Released salaries 5-7 days before payday to avoid queuing; assumed perfect attendance even for those not WFH • Released 14 th Month for all regular employees and 13 th month for probationary employees (4 th week of March) • Continuous L&D activities through our internal LMS (Learning Management System); currently has 6 modules and other webinars for both technical and essential skills • Launched support group for all Leaders in the Organization

For the Community: 1. HUMANITARIAN INTERVENTIONS • Relief for Indigent Families (55K families) • Adopt a Barangay (Distribution of relief goods, kids care packages & PPEs for barangays under lockdown) : more than 8K families • Donations of Hygiene Materials for the Elderly Homes and Children Centers (more than 3K individuals) • Distribution of hygiene kits for the vulnerable in partnership with World Vision (600 Families) • Care for the Homeless and Street Kids (500 individuals)
2. PREVENTION • #Hunaw Project (6 Cebu City Brgys, 20K individuals reached) • Water Relief Fund (15 Liters of water supply daily to 522 families) • PPEs for frontliners (5000 distributed) • ProjectKomunidadKontraCovid (information Drive to the Public)

PHASE 3: POST ECQ INITIAL RE-ENTRY PLANS AND CONTROLS: AGILE WORKPLACE
1. Employee Testing. All Employees will be subjected to COVID 19 Rapid Testing (employer’s account). They also have options to have their immediate family or household members tested (on employee’s account). 2. Employee De-briefing . All employees will undergo psychological stress de-briefing during the first week of reporting back to the office.
3. Workforce and Social Distancing. Only 50% (or less ) of the work force will be required to work daily. A detailed list will be prepared by each group head indicating who will report to work. This list will be given to the security team who will strictly enforce NO ENTRY POLICY for those not found in the list. Maximum of 10-20 employees per floor to ensure social distancing. 4. Lunch Breaks. A per location schedule or shifting of lunch breaks shall be implemented to avoid crowded floors and elevator. Employees to take their lunch in the pantry areas per floor to avoid going out and be exposed.
5. Scheduled Office Exit Time. A per location scheduled office exit time will be implemented. The security personnel will do a check on the scheduled time to check if there are no more employees per location. 6. Visitors and Suppliers. In the event of transactions with suppliers and visitors, the concerned employee will now be required to go to the ground floor to attend to the transaction. For this purpose, the left pathway of the Main Office will now be used as waiting area for those with transactions and will not be used as passageway of the employees.
7. Face Masks. RAFI shall provide 2 pcs of washable cloth mask to each employee. Employees not wearing face masks will not be allowed entry. Employees shall wear face masks while they are inside the premises of RAFI. 8. Elevators. Only three (3) people will be allowed in the elevator at any given time. Also, only a maximum of 3 people will be allowed to queue / wait per floor for the elevator. The rest will be required to use the stairs.
9. Checking of Temperature. All employees and visitors who will enter RAFI shall have their temperature taken thru the use of non-contact scanners. 10. Hand Sanitizers. All employees will be required to use available hand sanitizers located in different areas in the building including (a) Guard Station, (b) By the elevator / entry door per floor c) work stations
11. Sanitizing Foot Bath Mats and Tent. Foot bath mats and sanitation tent will be placed for use of all entering personnel. 12. Shower Facility. As needed, shower facilities will be available in RAFI for all employees who would want to do personal disinfection. 13. Office Disinfection. The Janitorial Personnel assigned in the different locations will perform office thorough cleaning three times a day at 7 AM, 12 Noon and 6 PM, especially in areas which are commonly exposed. In addition, weekly disinfection by a third party service provider will be conducted every Sunday for all locations identified.
14. Regular monitoring of affected Barangays. If the barangay where the employee is from has a confirmed case of CoVid-19, he will be automatically under work from home arrangement. The security team will have daily updates in terms of the confirmed cases in Barangays and this will be matched with the employee addresses (BARANGAY ONLY) that will be provided by HC. 15. Employees with flu-like symptoms. All employees showing any flu-like symptoms will automatically be on sick leave or work from home. 16. Employees’ family members. All employees shall disclose to their TLs in case their family member/s show flu-like symptoms. Employees will be encouraged to work from home.
