Outputs and Achievements – IRPTN Planning (“wall to wall) - The eThekwini IRPTN “wall to wall” 2025 plan has been completed. • Restructuring of Durban Transport Services – Movement from Net to Gross Cost Contracts – Incorporation of the Minibus Taxi and Small Bus Operators – Support activities included: o The bus replacement program o Depot upgrades 2011/10/17 19
