PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS • Enhanced storefront appearance aimed to comply with the City of Tarpon Spring’s objectives for the area. • Enhanced landscaping to bring the site up to land development code compliance, including the addition of two landscape islands in the parking lot and installation of an irrigation system. • New ADA compliant sidewalk along S Pinellas Ave (existing sidewalk in poor condition). • Proposed connectivity to the public Right of Way via ADA accessible path/sidewalk to storefront. • Restriping the parking lot pavement markings to bring the site up to land development code standards, including an additional handicap parking space. • Proposed dumpster enclosure meeting City of Tarpon Springs standards.
