PSAT 9 Test Day/Date: Wednesday, April 10, 2019 Start Time: 9:30am Location: Large Gym - last names A-L Small Gym - last names M-Z
What to BRING: DO NOT Bring: • Two No. 2 pencils • Phone • Calculator and extra • Smartwatch or wearable technology batteries if needed • Computer • Sweatshirt or light • Backpacks jacket • Food/drinks
Test Day Pre-administration: approx. 30 - 45 minutes Breakdown Test length: 2 hours 35 minutes: • Reading Test (55 mins) • 5 min break • Writing and Language Test (30 mins) • Math Tests (20 mins no Calc) • 5 min break • Math Tests (40 mins Calc) • 4 & 5 hour lunch students will go to to 5 hour lunch then, 6 hour as normal • 6 hour lunch students will go to their assigned 5 hour class

Creating a Khan Academy • Log in to or create your Khan Academy account Go to https://www.khanacademy.org/ ○ Account ○ Click “sign up” in upper right hand corner Join Academy as “learner” and enter your birthdate then ○ choose continue with Google or Facebook or sign up with email If you click Sign in with Gmail or Facebook, ■ enter in your username and password for either these accounts and you are signed in ■ If you click “Sign up with email” Enter in First Name/Last name/Email/Birthdate and click “Sign Up” ● An email will been sent to your account to verify; sign in to your email ● Open email from Khan Academy accounts and click on the “Finish Signing Up” button A welcome screen will appear where you will enter username ● and password and click “Sign Up” (suggest using same ones as College Board)
