About the passport…………… The passport is in 4 sections • 2 sections are linked to curriculum • 1 is linked to Students Services • 1 is to be signed by your form tutor • You must get ALL sections signed

Curriculum VISA 2 APPROVED (By Subject Teachers) Your REVISION/ COURSEWORK/ APPROVED (By SUBJECT TEACHER) CONTROLLED ASSESSMENT is completed to the best of your ability, in the following subjects: ENGLISH SCIENCE OPTION 1 OPTION 2 OPTION 3 OPTION 4 Your REVISION is underway and you APPROVED (By Parent/Guardian). are preparing for your GCSE exams (approximately 2 hours per night as advised).
Student Services VISA APPROVED (By Form Tutor) Your UNIFORM has been exemplary since February 2018. Your WILMSLOW WAY BEHAVIOUR points are positive. ATTENDANCE is something you take pride in and is above 96% . If your attendance is lower than this you will be judged on an individual basis by your Head of House. You are PUNCTUAL and have not been late more than 4 times for any registration or lesson during any one half term since February 2018 Your Form Tutor feels your BEHAVIOUR has made a positive impact on your learning.

How do I get my ticket to the prom………………. • You must gain signatures for ALL sections and pass 20 of the 24 required sections of this passport. • Should you fail to complete this passport your attendance at the prom will require a further review by your Head of House .
For those of you who do all of this every day………. Do not worry! Just get your card signed at the relevant time • Some sections can be signed already • Some need to be signed as you progress towards your exams • The final sections need to be completed before you begin exams
When the card is complete… • Hand it in to your form tutor and you will receive a letter inviting you to purchase your ticket
