  5. THE PATHWAYS SCOPE 1. Education program first - contributing to peace. 2. 9 Years – Phase 1 (2017-2023) ~ $60 million. Phase 2 (2023-2026) ~$30 million 3. Focus on conflict-affected areas 4. Focus on the least served populations to address issues of disparity and achieve equity 5. Focus on Early Years’ Learning: K to Grade 3 6. Capacity building in four priority areas: Curriculum and Delivery; Teacher Quality; Data Management; Stakeholder Engagement The ‘PATHWAYS’ Program 5
