Interview/Presentation Format: 5 minute introduction 10 minute presentation Interview Questions: 1. Provide the County with a clear ORG chart listing all key personnel, including the Project Manager. List each office in which each key personnel is anticipated to be traveling from pertaining to this resulting contract. 2. Provide a Gnat Chart showing the entire anticipated project timeline including each phase and/or milestone. 3. Generally discuss how your firm would approach marrying the existing EOC systems (Communications, IT, etc.) with the new design. 4. How does your firm plan on coordinating with and soliciting feedback from Public Safety divisions to include EMS, Lee Control (Dispatch), Emergency Management and Public Safety IT? 5. What is your firm’s plan of approach for how your firm intends to pull together our vision? In general, how does your firm plan on approaching this design? E.g. what about the existing Emergency Operation Center, for example, does your firm plan on keeping the same vs. what do you plan on changing? Please keep in mind that the EOC needs to keep running while this project is underway and shall be planned accordingly. What, if any, are your concerns about this project? Note: For Question 5, please refrain from provide any plans/designs for the County until your firm has a fully executed contract. Equipment in the Room: The Conference Room is equipped with a computer with USB ports including a keyboard and mouse, and a large flat screen TV for your use. Please bring a USB drive with your presentation, you may also bring your own remote control for the presentation, if your firm would prefer that device over the mouse option we provide.
