AUTOMOTIVE CYLINDER SLEEVES AUTOMOTIVE Relieves block distortion and offers easier installation, greater heat transfer over conventional dry press interference fits. LAVCO Sleeves O.D.s are smaller than O.D.s for regular repair sleeves to allow for slip fit. I.D. will be .002"-.003" smaller than oversize requested to allow for finish honing. LAVCO Sleeves standard wall thickness is 3/32". 1/8, 1/16 wall thickness and custom made (by request) available. WET LINERS The Wet Liner is with sealing grooves for ‘O’ rings and always in direct contact with water. A Wet Liner is generally Heavy & Thick walled .

Besides we are capable of manufacting around 400.000 pieces a year. We also repair big engines and reciprocating compressors in different stages, for which we fabricate their respective sleeves for the hard work they are built for with the goal of offering, integrate solutions to extend the lifetime of this equipment and maintain their reliability.
