You will never get it all done! It’s Impossible!
Notice… It is obvious that you will never get it all done, but you habitually think you should get it all done We all know that good people should get it all done and are failures if they don’t. Since you are a good person you will try to get it all done, anyway – even if you can’t.

Don ’ t forget that just as it may feel strange to cross your arms in the other direction, developing new healthy habits and behaviors feels strange at first – even though it ’ s good for you. Keep it up!
