  11. 2015 – 2016 Year In Review • What did the Boosters Accomplish? – Financially: • Checking account balance of $2,000 • Savings account balance – Started with $2,000 – Ending at $10,000 • Established a “rainy day” fund of $6,000 – Partnered with Athletics to run athletic concessions stands • Opportunity to help pay your band fees when you work – Purchased New Plums for Shakos • $2,000 purchase – Purchased and Installed new skin for Trailer • $5,000 purchase

Social Opportunities • Your student will have many opportunities to attend: – End of Band Camp Parties – Section Parties / gatherings – End of band parties – Other gatherings • Your student will know at least 100 people on the first day of school that includes upper classmen • The upper classmen will help them at school • This is an opportunity for your student to “spread their wings” and gain confidence, friendships, and leadership skills
