History and experience I founded my own company in 2009 and I started to offer consultancy services, for companies such as Ronera Rubber SA Romania and EMBA Machinery AB Sweden. - Working for Ronera Rubber SA, Romania, we increased the annual turnover between 2009 and 2017, from 4.4 million euro to 11 million euro. From this turnover the export represent 75%, exported in 35 countries. - Working for EMBA Machinery AB, Sweden, we established a Romanian supplier network of companies and we increased every year the outsourced purchased volume from Romania.
The industries we cater for I developed a network of Romanian suppliers, ready to support my effort and to offer an wide range of parts for export. Using suppliers network I can supply parts for a wide range of industries that need components and the parts are mostly dedicated to the Manufacturing Industry, the Machinery & Equipment industries, the Plastic and Rubber Industry. Company no. 1 The company has two working points with two different areas of activity: one location is specialized in the assembling of electronic components – jacks, plugs, interior lightning equipment, etc., and the other location is specialized in the processing of cellular rubber (mainly EPDM) and other materials like: polyethylene foam, velour, felt, polycarbonate plates, Lexan, etc., where they execute the following processes: lamination, stamping, kiss-cut stamping, plasma cleaning, gluing, debiting, cutting, slicing, etc. They have a full production line for stamping, kiss-cut stamping, laminating, debiting, plasma cleaning, gluing, etc. of cellular rubber (plates and cords) and of other materials used in automotive industry, and also for general purposes. Company no. 2 Company with over 17 years of experience on the market. They provide turning and milling solutions for great engineering projects with special equipment and qualified personnel. They have 5 DMG machine tools from the ECOLINE family: 3 CTX 310 V3 ECO lathes and 2 DMC 635V ECO machining centers, one DMG lathe (CTX 310 V3 ECO but from the new generation ECOLINE) and a Mori Seiki (NVX5100 - all-new generation) machining center. They are on top Romanian machining parts producers and they have good experience in export to Germany, France, mostly for automotive projects. PRODUCTS: in 3 ranges: axes with diameters of 3 - 500 mm and lengths up to 1500 mm; Straight and profiled bits with diameters of 0.5 - 350 mm and lengths up to 500 mm; Straight and profiled prisms with lengths between 10 - 800 mm, widths between 10 - 800 mm and heights between 10 - 800 mm.
